SchoolSite Council (SSC)

A School Site Council (SSC) is the representative body tasked with developing, monitoring, and approving the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and all related categorical expenditures. The SSC is the key deliberative body for the allocation of Title I funds and other resources to improve academic outcomes for all students and as such should be representative of the school community.

Charter Complaint Form
California Education Code (EC) Section 47605(d)(4) allows a parent or guardian to submit a complaint to the charter school authorizer when a charter school discourages a pupil’s enrollment, requires records before enrollment, or encourages a pupil to disenroll. Please identify the basis for this complaint below, with specific facts, which support your complaint.
