Dear Bella Mente Families,
Due to the increased number of absences and Independent Study requests, we are providing additional assistance to support at home learning.
Please see below for additional information:
1. Independent Study packets are being sent home today, Wednesday, 01/12.
2. If your child is ever absent for any reason, you need to complete the packet, and have your student bring it back to school upon their return.
3. Additional packets are available at the front office. Please stop by the school any time between 10am – 11am to pick up additional copies.
4. In addition to completing Independent Study during an absence, please notify us with the reason for your scholar’s absence by emailing us at attendance@bellamentecharter.
We understand that any absence from school, planned or unplanned, is an adjustment in regards to at-home work completion. It is imperative that the IS packet is completed and signed if your student is ever absent. Our goal is to make part of this process a bit smoother for everyone, by sending a hardcopy of these forms home.
Attached are PDF’s of the forms that will be sent home today. Again, please fill out these forms if your student is ever absent for any reason. Forms should be returned to school the day they return to school. You also have the option of printing these forms at home if your student is absent at any point throughout the year.
