COVID Reopening Letter #7 11/13

Dear Families:

You may have heard the news that the County of San Diego has been moved to the most restrictive tier of the state reopening system and wonder what it means for Bella Mente Academies.

The new “purple” tier designation means Bella Mente Academies will not be permitted to open our campus for in-person instruction until the county has returned to and stays in the red tier. At this time, Bella Mente is diligently working towards a February 1st potential date for reopening campus for hybrid learning. Any students who wish to remain online for the entire school year are allowed to do so.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to work with local public health as we move forward. I will also continue to share updates as they become available. Charter Complaint Form
California Education Code (EC) Section 47605(d)(4) allows a parent or guardian to submit a complaint to the charter school authorizer when a charter school discourages a pupil’s enrollment, requires records before enrollment, or encourages a pupil to disenroll. Please identify the basis for this complaint below, with specific facts, which support your complaint.
