To enrich the education of all Bella Mente students the school offers after school clubs. Each club has a specific permission clips which must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Please print the permission slip and return to the office before you student starts the club.  Any student attending a club without a permission slip, parent will be called and asked to pick student up immediately from office.All student need to be picked up at front office within 5 minutes of club ending time.

**PLEASE NOTE clubs with limited capacity: enrollment will be on a first serve basis. Permission slips can ONLY be turned into office, no electronic emails accepted. Office Hours are 7:45am – 4pm. Permission slips will be numbered as they are turned in.
